AURA

Terms of use

Effective 1 October 2026

These terms apply to AURA, the workflow automation service at aura.genrpa.com, provided by SoftBox Technology, Çifte Havuzlar Mah. Eski Londra Asfaltı Cad. Kuluçka Merkezi A1 Blok, Kat B01_06, Esenler, İstanbul, Türkiye ("we"). Where an organization has a signed agreement with us, that agreement comes first.

1. Accounts

An organization's administrators invite its people and give them a role. Each person keeps their password to themselves and is responsible for what is done with their account. Tell your administrator, or us, at once if you think someone else has used it.

2. Your content

The workflows, files and data an organization puts into AURA, and what its workflows produce, belong to the organization. We use them only to provide AURA to it, as the privacy policy describes. The organization makes sure it may process the data it brings into AURA and the data its workflows reach.

3. Connected services

When a person connects Google, Microsoft 365 or another service, their workflows act in that account with the permissions the person granted. The other service's own terms apply to that use. A workflow does exactly what its steps say: check what a workflow sends, deletes or changes before you switch it on.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use AURA to send unsolicited mass messages, to break into or overload other systems, to collect data you are not allowed to collect, to break the law or the terms of a connected service, or to try to reach another organization's data. We may suspend a workflow or an account that does so, and tell the organization why.

5. AI steps

AI steps send the text they are given to the AI provider the organization chose. AI answers can be wrong; review them where a mistake matters, and let a person check the decisions that need one.

6. The service

We keep AURA running and improve it; updates are announced in What's new. We aim for AURA to be available at all times but do not promise uninterrupted service unless an agreement says so. We keep backups as the privacy policy describes.

7. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by a workflow doing what its steps say. Our total liability is limited to what the organization paid for AURA in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending

An organization may stop using AURA at any time. When its agreement ends, it can download its workflows (Download JSON) and its run reports before we delete its content.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts of İstanbul are competent.

10. Changes and contact

We publish changes to these terms here with their date. Questions: the contact page.
