Automation that reaches inside your company — and answers for everything it does
AURA lets a team describe or draw a workflow once and have it run: read the mail, fill the spreadsheet, update the database, send the report. It connects to the cloud services a company uses and, through a small agent called AuraBot, to the systems that are only reachable inside its own network.

Workflows on a canvas
Steps for mail, files, spreadsheets, databases, websites and AI, connected on a canvas — or written for you by the built-in assistant from a sentence.
Inside the network
AuraBot, installed on a computer in the company's network, carries AURA's calls to a database or a robot server there. No firewall port is opened.
Desktop robots
Starts GenRPA desktop robots through ControlRoom and brings their results back into the workflow.
Accountable
Every run is kept with its steps and data for the period the organization chooses; reports can be masked and encrypted; every change of access is in the audit log.
How AURA uses Google data
A person in an organization that uses AURA can choose Connect with Google to let their own workflows use their Google account. AURA then uses the account only for the steps that person, or their organization, puts in a workflow:
| Google service | What a workflow can do with it |
|---|---|
| Gmail | Find and read messages, save their attachments, send and reply, mark as read, add labels — for example, read supplier invoices that arrive by mail. |
| Google Drive | Find files and folders by their path, upload and download files, fill a document template — for example, save every offer as a PDF in a folder. |
| Google Sheets | Read, add, update and delete rows, create spreadsheets — for example, keep a table of invoices up to date. |
| Google Calendar | Read, create, update and delete events — for example, put a confirmed booking in a shared calendar. |
AURA does not use Google data for advertising, does not sell it and does not use it to train AI models. The account can be disconnected at any time in AURA, which also withdraws AURA's access at Google. Details are in the privacy policy.
